About Rochester Electric Vehicles
Rochester Electric Vehicles goal is to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in the Rochester area. Roughly 15,000 Minnesotans are now driving electric with 500+ EVs now in the Rochester area. As with anything new, it's easiest to learn from the experience of another person so we are happy to provide experiences like this to learn from your Rochester neighbors that have made the switch to electric.
Sign up for Nissan LEAF Test Drive
Do you want to get behind the wheel of an EV and experience what it’s like to drive electric? Sign up to test drive a Nissan LEAF at our April 17th event. Thank you to Nissan of Rochester for supplying the vehicle.
Sign up below to get on the list and we’ll followup with general timeframes available. Plan to bring your driver's license, proof of insurance, and your mask. Test drives will be from 8am-Noon. We’ll try our best to get everyone in that’s interested.
Keeping Everyone Save
In order to keep everyone safe we are following all recommended safety requirements and the Rochester Farmers Markets safety requirements. It's fairly simple, but here's a quick run-down:
Masks are required at all times. If you forget your mask we'll have extras.
Follow social distancing recommendations.
We won't have people inside the display vehicles.
Designated test drive vehicles may be available, but will be cleaned between test drives.
If you feel sick, please stay home.
We' have hand sanitizer on hand if requested.
Please be kind and don't hassle anyone at the event about these requirements. They have no control over these restrictions.
